Reproduction, copying, printing, distribution, or any unauthorized use of the images, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without written consent from Lenore Gimpert Prints, Inc. This includes but is not limited to:

• Personal or commercial use without permission
• AI training, NFT creation, or digital modifications
• Print reproduction or redistribution in any form

4. Artwork Purchases

• Artwork Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our artwork, including dimensions, materials, and condition. However, slight variations may occur.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Reflecting the dynamic nature of the art market.
• Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon purchase. Shipping details are located throughout the website. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us directly at info@lenoregimpertprints.com.
• Returns: Please review our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Framing: If framing services are offered, details will be provided separately.

5. Artists Rights & Certificates of Authenticity

Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Artists retain all copyrights and reproduction rights. Purchase of a print does not transfer these rights.

6. Payment Processing & Security

To ensure your information is handled with the highest standards of security, we partner with trusted third-party processors. We use Stripe to help process payment transactions securely. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. As well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay.

7. Shipping & Fullfillment

We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States via UPS or FedEx, with a signature required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. International shipping is available for a flat rate to select countries. Shipping times, carrier details, and applicable international duties or taxes are further outlined in our comprehensive Shipping Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
