This Refund & Return Policy outlines our procedures, designed to be fair, transparent, and in harmony with the exceptional quality of our art. We approach returns with the same dedication to precision and care that defines our artwork and client interactions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Notification Period: You must notify us of your intention to return an artwork within 10 business days of receiving it.
  • Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accompanying documentation (certificates of authenticity, etc.).
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or invoice.
  • Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as commissioned pieces, limited editions explicitly marked as non-returnable, items damaged after receipt.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@lenoregimpertprints.com or call us at 1-855-442-5331 within the specified notification period. Please provide your order number, the title of the artwork you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if the return is approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the artwork.
  • Packaging: Carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use comparable protective materials.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, including insurance for the full value of the artwork. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking services. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Inspection & Processing of Returns

Upon receiving the returned artwork, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the artwork is in its original condition and the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

4. Refund Options

If your return is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of our approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the artwork arrived damaged.

5. Exchange Options (If Applicable)

If you wish to exchange an artwork, please indicate this when you initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired artwork. If the exchanged artwork has a different price, you will be responsible for paying the difference or we will refund the excess amount, as applicable.

6. Damaged or Defective Artwork

If you receive an artwork that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will arrange for a return shipment at our expense and will either send you a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

As mentioned in Section 1, certain items are non-returnable. Please ensure you carefully review the product description before making a purchase.
